Job Description

  • Ensure reception area is tidy & presentable, with all necessary stationery & material (e.g. pens, forms and brochures).
  • Greet & welcome Clients/visitors. Direct visitors to the appropriate person & office. Informs visitors by answering or referring inquiries.
  • Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls.
  • Maintain employee and department directories.
  • Update calendars and meeting management.
  • Prepare outgoing mail by drafting correspondence.
  • Maintain security by following procedures; monitoring logbooks, and issuing visitor badges and telecommunications system.
  • Receiving Couriers, Parcels & Packages and distributing them to the right person. Maintain updated records and files.
  • Do travel bookings and travel arrangements, schedules etc.
  • Arrange travel and accommodations, and prepare vouchers.
  • Order front office supplies and keep the inventory of stock.
  • Manage the routine Office Administrative duties.
  • Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, transcribing, & faxing. Preparing of Work Order, with other related documents.
  • Manage Assets Register.
  • Supporting HR, Admin department.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹8,628.98 - ₹22,148.29 per month
