Receptionist/Administration

We are looking for a friendly, knowledgeable, and customer-focused to join our boutique team. The ideal candidate should have a passion for fashion, excellent communication skills, and the ability to guide customers in selecting the perfect outfits.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet customers warmly and provide attentive, personalized service.
• Assist clients in choosing outfits by offering styling suggestions and product knowledge.
• Demonstrate strong understanding of various dress materials, fabrics, and garment care.
• Take accurate body measurements to ensure proper fit for specific dress models.
• Manage fitting sessions and help clients try on outfits comfortably.
• Maintain the boutique’s visual standards, ensuring displays are clean, organized, and appealing.
• Handle billing, packaging, and basic inventory tasks.
• Build customer loyalty through professional and courteous service.

Requirements:

• Previous retail or boutique experience is an advantage.
• Good knowledge of fabrics, dress styles, and current fashion trends.
• Ability to take precise measurements (bust, waist, hips, length, etc.).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Neat appearance and a positive, customer-oriented attitude.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends if required.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
