Key Responsibilities: Greet customers warmly and provide attentive, personalized service. Assist clients in choosing outfits by offering styling suggestions and product knowledge. Demonstrate strong understanding of various dress materials, fabrics, and garment care. Take accurate body measurements to ensure proper fit for specific dress models. Manage fitting sessions and help clients try on outfits comfortably. Maintain the boutique’s visual standards, ensuring displays are clean, organized, and appealing. Handle billing, packaging, and basic inventory tasks. Build customer loyalty through professional and courteous service. Requirements: Previous retail or boutique experience is an advantage. Good knowledge of fabrics, dress styles, and current fashion trends. Ability to take precise measurements (bust, waist, hips, length, etc.). Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
