Front Desk Greet visitors and clients professionallyAnswer, screen, and direct phone callsRespond to general inquiries in person, by phone, or emailManage visitor sign-in and issue badges if required Administrative SupportCall & Schedule to confirm Interview on Basic PositionMaintain calendars and meeting roomsHandle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveriesPerform basic data entry and filing (physical and digital) Office CoordinationKeep the reception area clean and organizedOrder and manage office suppliesCoordinate with staff and departmentsAssist with meeting setup and hospitality Records & DocumentationMaintain visitor logs and contact listsUpdate client or patient records (where applicable)Prepare basic reports or correspondence Additional Duties (role-dependent)Process payments or invoicesSupport HR with basic tasksAssist with travel arrangements

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
