Job Description

We are seeking a smart, polite, and professional Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our organization. The ideal candidate will handle front desk operations, manage calls, greet visitors, and support administrative coordination with warmth and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Answer, screen, and forward phone calls promptly.
  • Maintain visitor logs and ensure security protocols are followed.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, couriers, and emails.
  • Coordinate meeting room bookings and assist in scheduling appointments.
  • Support administrative and HR teams with clerical tasks as needed.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and pleasant front-office environment.
  • Responsible for event management

  • Graduate in any discipline.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Active listener with good conflict-handling abilities.
  • Well-mannered, polite, respectful, and understanding.
  • Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
