Job Description

We are seeking a friendly, organized, and efficient Receptionist to join our Manjoli team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the front desk, handling administrative tasks, and providing exceptional customer service to our clients and their families.

*Key Responsibilities:*

1. Greet clients, answer phone calls, and respond to emails in a professional and timely manner.

2. Manage therapist schedules, book appointments, and handle cancellations or rescheduling.

3. Provide clear instructions and information to clients regarding appointments, billing, and centre policies.

4. Maintain accurate records, update client files, and perform other administrative duties as required.

5. Process payments, handle billing inquiries, and manage accounts receivable.

6. Accurately enter client information, appointment schedules, and billing data into our centre's software system.

7. Provide administrative support to therapists and other centre staff as needed.

*Requirements:*

1. High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in a related field (e.g., business administration, healthcare) an asset.

2. 1-2 years of experience in a receptionist or administrative role, preferably in a healthcare setting.

3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

4. Proficient in Microsoft Office.

5. Organized and efficient with strong time management skills.

6. Friendly and approachable demeanor.

*Working Conditions:*

1. *Work Environment*: Our OT Centre is a dynamic and supportive work environment.

2. *Hours of Work*: Monday to Saturday, 10:00 am to 06:00 pm

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month

Education:

  • Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (Required)
