Job Description

Role Overview: As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for visitors, customers, and callers. Your main responsibility will be to provide exceptional customer service, manage front desk operations, and ensure smooth daily office functioning. Key Responsibilities: - Greet and welcome visitors in a warm, professional manner. - Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls. - Maintain the reception area, ensuring it is clean, organized, and presentable. - Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries. - Schedule appointments, meetings, and conference room bookings. - Assist with basic administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, photocopying, and scanning. - Provide information and support to visitors, clients, and staff. - Handle inquiries and resolve minor issues or redirect to the appropriate department. - Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed. - Follow company security procedures, including visitor log management and issuing badges. - Support other departments with administrative needs as required. Qualifications: - High school diploma or equivalent (associate degree preferred). - Previous experience in customer service, reception, or administrative roles is a plus. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. - Proficiency in office software (MS Office, email systems, calendars). - Professional appearance and attitude. Note: The job is full-time and offers benefits such as health insurance and provident fund. The work location is in person.
