About Us

Skytech Aviation Services Pvt. Ltd. is a leading aviation training and career development institute. We are looking for a well-presented, confident, and customer-focused Receptionist to manage front desk operations and provide an excellent first impression to students and visitors.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and assist visitors, students, and parents professionally
• Manage incoming calls, inquiries, and redirect to the concerned departments
• Maintain visitor logs, student registers, and front office records
• Handle walk-in inquiries and provide basic course information
• Support administrative tasks and coordination with staff
• Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and presentable
• Assist with scheduling, appointments, and follow-ups
• Receive and manage courier/parcel entries

Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months – 2 years of experience in reception/front desk/customer service
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Presentable, polite, and confident personality
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email handling, Excel)
• Ability to multitask and manage front desk independently
• Immediate joiners preferred
