Giving and managing the patient appointments for OPD visits and admissions
2. Entry and creation of patient record in the clinical information system
3. Guiding the patient for the required lab tests(inhouse or outside to the recognised and approved labs)
4. Maintaining the data base of the patients visiting the OPD and inpatients admitted into the hospital.
5 Answering the calls and queries on the phone
6. Making the Discharge Summaries.
7. Compiling the data for the weekly and monthly audit reports
8. Ensuring that all the documentation is complete by the end of the day
9. Accompanying for the outreach screening camps as and when needed
10. Any other duty assigned by the management

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
