Job Description: Receptionist (Goa Office)
Position: Receptionist
Location: Goa Office
Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities:

Manage front desk operations and greet visitors professionally
Handle incoming calls and correspondence
Perform administrative tasks including:
Document scanning and photocopying
Filing and record management
Scheduling meetings and maintaining office calendars
Assist with office logistics and coordination between departments
Ensure reception area is organized and welcoming

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Proficiency in office equipment (scanner, copier, filing systems)
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email handling)
Prior experience in administrative or receptionist roles preferred
