Receptionist Sales

As a Receptionist Sales at our Chandigarh location, you will play a crucial role in managing front desk operations and providing exceptional support to both clients and internal teams. Your responsibilities will include handling phone calls, emails, and walk-in clients, while also engaging in pre-sales activities to drive business growth. In terms of front desk operations, you will be tasked with managing incoming communications, greeting clients and visitors warmly, and resolving client queries and feedback effectively. Additionally, you will engage in pre-sales activities such as responding to inquiries, providing product/service information, and following up on potential leads. Your role will also involve various administrative tasks, including maintaining records, managing office supplies, and assisting with other administrative duties as needed. Effective communication and collaboration with sales, marketing, and customer service teams will be essential to ensure seamless interactions with clients and timely updates on sales activities. To excel in this position, you should possess a high school diploma or equivalent, with a degree in business administration or a related field being preferred. Previous experience of 1-2 years in a similar role, especially in pre-sales or reception, will be advantageous.
