Receptionist/Patient Care Coordinator

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Track and manage all incoming phone calls received through the general office number
  • Schedule new and follow-up patient appointments using hospital/clinic management software
  • Respond to patient inquiries and provide accurate information, assistance, and directions
  • Handle

  • Manage

    billing processes, payment collection, and daily billing reconciliation

  • Maintain and update

    medical records and patient documentation

  • Coordinate and interact professionally with patients and their relatives
  • Verify essential documents such as referral notes, hospital prescriptions, and reports
  • Update patient details and daily activities in registers and systems
  • Assign and manage

    patient waiting list numbers

    to ensure organized patient flow
  • Ensure confidentiality and compliance with healthcare data policieS.
