Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Receptionist located in Ranchi. The Receptionist will be responsible for managing front desk operations, including handling incoming calls, greeting visitors, and scheduling appointments. Additional duties will include maintaining records, providing excellent customer service, and supporting clerical tasks to ensure smooth office operations.

Qualifications

Proficiency in Receptionist Duties, including managing front desk activities and visitor interactions
Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to handle inquiries professionally and courteously
Knowledge of Phone Etiquette and experience in answering and routing calls efficiently
Clerical Skills such as maintaining records, scheduling appointments, and performing basic administrative tasks
Good organizational and time management abilities
Proficiency in using office equipment and basic computer software
