Job Description

A receptionist job involves managing the front desk to provide a welcoming environment by greeting visitors, answering phones, and fielding inquiries, while also performing administrative duties such as scheduling appointments, handling mail and correspondence, maintaining the reception area, and monitoring office supplies. Key skills include strong communication, organization, multitasking, customer service, and proficiency with office software and equipment. Key Responsibilities

  • Front Desk Management:Welcome and greet visitors, direct them to the appropriate areas or staff, and ensure the reception area is tidy and well-maintained.
  • Communication:Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls; respond to emails; and provide information to visitors.
  • Administrative Support:Manage calendars and schedule appointments, handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries, and perform various clerical tasks like filing and data entry.
  • Office Upkeep:Monitor and order office supplies, ensure office equipment is functioning properly, and coordinate with maintenance staff for upkeep.
  • Security:Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access to the building.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
