Dear all, Immediate hiring! PetAshram is hiring for a receptionist/ store manager for their dog boarding and pet shop in Thane Please find below the key responsibilities for the above mentioned position: 1.. Daily Operations & Pet Care Oversight -Take charge of the facility during working hours by conducting individual checks on all dogs. -Monitor and ensure each dog's food schedule and feeding habits are followed accurately. -Conduct wellness checks for each dog during check-in and check-out — specifically for ticks, injuries, or visible discomfort.  2. Communication Skills - Must be fluent in Hindi and English; knowledge of Marathi is a strong advantage. - ⁠Handle enquiry calls, schedule visits for new pet parents, and follow up as required. 3. Tech & App Proficiency - ⁠Be well-versed with the Pettle App and assist pet parents with any related services. - ⁠Send daily video/photo updates to pet parents via WhatsApp or designated platforms. 4. Billing & Documentation -Generate invoices for every pet that checks in -Manage petty cash vouchers, grocery purchases, and maintain accurate Excel records for all financial activities. 5. Staff Coordination -Supervise helpers to ensure tasks are completed on time and as per standards. -Provide feedback or escalate issues to the management when necessary. Additional Notes: 1.
