Job Title: Receptionist Location: Nilambur Department: Front Office / Customer Service Reports To: Center Manager / Front Office Supervisor Employment Type: Full-Time Job Purpose: To provide a warm and professional welcome to all patients and visitors, manage front-desk operations efficiently, and ensure smooth coordination between patients and internal departments. Key Responsibilities: Greet patients and visitors courteously and professionally. Handle patient inquiries in person, over the phone, or via email. Schedule appointments and manage the daily calendar of the diagnostic center. Register patients and collect accurate personal and medical details. Collect payments (cash, card, UPI) and issue receipts. Maintain and update patient records in the software system. Coordinate with lab technicians, doctors, and other departments for smooth workflow. Ensure cleanliness and organization of the front office area. Handle sample dispatch and report delivery to patients. Follow up with patients for pending reports, repeat tests, or payments. Qualifications & Skills: Minimum Qualification: Degree (Any discipline) Good communication skills in Malayalam, English, and Hindi (optional) Basic computer skills (MS Office, Email, Data Entry) Prior experience in a hospital/lab front office is preferred Polite, patient-friendly, and well-groomed personality Ability to multitask and handle pressure Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month Benefits: Health insurance Schedule: Day shift Supplemental Pay: Overtime pay Performance bonus Work Location: In person
