Job Description

We are seeking a professional and well-presented Receptionist to serve as the first point of contact for our organization. The role requires an individual with prior experience in customer-facing positions, capable of handling visitors and clients with courtesy, efficiency, and professionalism.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome and assist visitors, ensuring a positive and professional first impression.
  • Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence, directing them to the appropriate departments.
  • An organized and presentable reception area.
  • Coordinate appointments, meeting schedules, and visitor logs.
  • Handle inquiries and provide accurate information regarding the company and its services.
  • Support day-to-day administrative tasks and office operations.
  • Liaise with internal teams to ensure smooth communication and visitor management.


Requirements:

  • 5 years of experience as a receptionist or in a direct customer-facing role.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with office equipment.
  • Professional appearance, organizational skills, and the ability to multitask effectively.
  • Positive attitude, discretion, and strong problem-solving abilities.
