Job Description

We are seeking a professional and well-presented Receptionist to serve as the first point of contact for our organization. The role requires an individual with prior experience in customer-facing positions, capable of handling visitors and clients with courtesy, efficiency, and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:

Welcome and assist visitors, ensuring a positive and professional first impression.
Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence, directing them to the appropriate departments.

Coordinate appointments, meeting schedules, and visitor logs.
Handle inquiries and provide accurate information regarding the company and its services.
Support day-to-day administrative tasks and office operations.
Liaise with internal teams to ensure smooth communication and visitor management.

Requirements:

5 years of experience as a receptionist or in a direct customer-facing role.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach.
Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with office equipment.
Professional appearance, organizational skills, and the ability to multitask effectively.
Positive attitude, discretion, and strong problem-solving abilities.
