**Hiring: Front Office Executive – Jewellery Industry**

Location: Near City Center 1, Salt Lake, Kolkata

Salary: Up to ₹30K (Depend upon the interview) I Minimum 4yrs of exp required

Timing: 10:30 AM – 7:30 PM

1 Week off on weekdays only I (Sat & Sun working)

Responsibilities: Presentable, Client handling, calls & inquiries, visitor management, coordination & admin support.

Requirement: Graduate, 5 yrs exp (retail/jewellery preferred), good communication & presentable.

About the Role:

We're seeking a highly presentable and customer-focused Front Office Executive to join our team in the jewellery industry. As the first point of contact for our clients, you will be responsible for handling client inquiries, managing visitor traffic, and providing administrative support to the team.

Key Responsibilities:

- Greet and manage visitors, clients, and vendors with a high level of professionalism

- Handle incoming calls and inquiries, respond to emails, and provide timely updates to clients

- Manage front desk operations, maintain accurate records, and ensure seamless coordination with internal teams

- Provide administrative support, including data entry, documentation, and other tasks as required

- Build strong relationships with clients, understand their needs, and provide solutions to meet their expectations

- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations and resolve client queries

Requirements:

- Graduate degree from a recognized university

- Minimum 5 years of experience in a front office or customer-facing role (retail and jewellery industry experience preferred)

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Presentable and professional demeanor

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously

- Strong organizational and time management skills
