Receptionist

Job Title: Receptionist Location: Arihant Group – Infra Market Showroom, Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar. Department: Retail Showroom/ Retail Sales

Job Summary: The Receptionist will be the first point of contact for customers, vendors, and visitors at the Arihant Group Infra Market Showroom. The role requires a pleasant personality, strong communication skills, and the ability to create a positive and welcoming experience while supporting daily front-office operations.

Key Responsibilities Greet customers, visitors, and vendors in a courteous and professional manner Handle walk-in customer inquiries and guide them to the relevant department or sales executive Answer incoming calls, take messages, and redirect calls appropriately Maintain visitor entry records and ensure showroom discipline Coordinate with the sales team for customer appointments and follow-ups Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception and waiting area Assist in basic administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document handling Support billing, enquiry tracking, and lead registration as required Ensure a positive brand image and customer-first approach at all times

Required Skills & Qualifications Graduate or HSC (12th pass) preferred 1–3 years of experience as a Receptionist / Front Desk Executive (Retail or Showroom experience preferred) Excellent communication skills in Hindi, Marathi Pleasing personality with a customer-oriented attitude Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email, CRM basics) Strong interpersonal and coordination skills
