Job Description

We are looking for a smart, well-spoken, and organized Receptionist to manage front-desk operations at our real estate office. The ideal candidate should have good computer knowledge, excellent communication skills, and the ability to handle daily office tasks with professionalism.

Minimum 2 Year Experience

Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome and greet guests, clients, and property visitors in a polite and friendly manner.
  • Guide walk-in clients to the appropriate departments, sales executives, or meeting rooms.
  • Handle incoming calls, make real estate follow-up calls, and maintain client call logs.
  • Manage daily front-desk operations including visitor entries, appointment scheduling, and inquiry handling.
  • Maintain office records, basic documentation, and computer-based entry work.
  • Assist the real estate team with property-related paperwork and coordination tasks.
  • Ensure smooth operation of office activities such as courier handling, office supplies management, and general admin tasks.
  • Provide support to sales and management teams when required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
