We are hiring a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Manager to lead our real estate plot sales operations in Jodhpur. The ideal candidate will manage both field sales and telecalling teams, drive lead generation, and convert prospects into successful plot sales. --- Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement sales strategies for plot sales in and around Jodhpur. Manage and motivate a team of field executives and telecallers. Conduct site visits with potential buyers and close deals effectively. Follow up with leads generated through calls, social media, and online campaigns. Handle customer queries with clarity and professionalism. Maintain accurate sales records and submit daily/weekly reports. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and channel partners. Identify new market opportunities and assist in marketing strategies.
