Receptionist


Key Responsibilities:


  • Greet walk-in customers and visitors warmly and direct them to the appropriate team.
  • Handle all front desk activities including answering phone calls and emails.
  • Manage visitor registrations, schedule appointments, and maintain walk-in records.
  • Assist in showroom coordination and ensure reception.
  • Provide initial information about furniture products, collections, and ongoing offers.
  • Coordinate with the sales, design, and admin teams for client meetings or queries.
  • Maintain a professional appearance and represent the brand image at all times.


Requirements:


  • Any degree (preferably in Business Administration, Hospitality, or related fields).
  • Prior experience in a showroom, retail, or front office role is an added advantage.
  • Excellent communication in English and Tamil.
  • Basic knowledge of furniture or interiors preferred (training will be provided).
  • Proficiency in MS Office, email handling, and basic CRM/data entry tools.
  • Pleasant personality with strong interpersonal skills.
  • Willingness to learn about furniture products and materials.
