Job Description: Office Assistant cum Telecaller Company: Zane Pharmaceuticals Location: Nai Basti, Ghaziabad Industry: Ayurvedic & Pharmaceutical --- Position: Office Assistant cum Telecaller Job Type: Full Time Salary: As per experience and industry standards Gender Preference: Female candidates preferred (optional based on your preference) --- Job Responsibilities: 1. Telecalling Duties: Make outbound calls to existing and new clients. Follow up with customers for order confirmation and queries. Maintain professional and polite communication at all times. Explain company products and services (Ayurvedic medicines) clearly over the phone. 2. Office Assistance: Assist in daily office operations and administration. Manage medicine dispatches – packing, invoicing, and courier coordination. Maintain basic inventory records of raw and finished goods. Coordinate with vendors and courier partners for timely dispatch. 3. Client Handling: Attend incoming phone calls and resolve customer inquiries. Maintain a record of client feedback and concerns. Build strong relationships with clients through follow-ups and service support. 4. Documentation & Data Entry: Enter and update order details in the system/excel. Maintain customer database and dispatch logs. Prepare bills, challans, and maintain filing of dispatch-related documents. --- Skills Required: Good communication skills (Hindi essential, basic English preferred) Basic computer knowledge – MS Excel, WhatsApp, email Good coordination and multitasking skills Organized and responsible --- Educational Qualification: Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate preferred Experience in pharmaceutical or ayurvedic sector will be an added advantage
