Documentation: Maintain accurate and confidential records of counseling sessions, student progress, and recommendations. Collaboration: Work with teachers, administrators, and parents to support student development and resolve academic or behavioral issues. Workshops and Seminars: Organize and facilitate workshops and seminars on study skills, career planning, and other relevant topics. Follow-Up: Monitor student progress and follow up on counseling outcomes to ensure continuous improvement. Qualifications: Education: Bachelor’s degree & Masters degree Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong problem-solving abilities, and the capability to build rapport with students and parents.
