Job Description

We are looking for patient care excecutive/ Clinic Manager 1. ✅ Daily Clinic Operations: • Ensure timely opening & closing of the clinic. • Monitor cleanliness and hygiene of reception, OPD, therapy rooms, and washrooms. • Ensure availability of electricity, water, Wi-Fi, and all basic amenities. 2. 🗂️ Staff Supervision: • Maintain attendance and punctuality records of all staff. • Delegate duties to receptionists, therapists, helpers, and assistants. • Resolve internal staff issues politely but firmly. 3. 📞 Reception & Patient Management: • Ensure warm greetings and smooth registration of patients. • Supervise appointment scheduling and follow-up calling. • Handle complaints and feedback from patients professionally. 4. 💊 Stock & Inventory Control: • Check weekly stock of medicines, Panchakarma items, and consumables. • Raise purchase requests before stock runs out. • Maintain records of inward and outward stock movement. 5. 💰 Billing & Payments Oversight: • Billing of all treatments, Panchakarma, and medicines are properly. • Cross-check cash/online payments received and recorded. • Report any financial discrepancy immediately to the doctor. 6. 📋 Reporting & Communication: • Provide daily update to doctor about staff, patients, issues, and tasks completed. • Maintain registers: complaints, maintenance, follow-up calls, etc. • Coordinate between doctor and team for smooth operations. 7. 🧹 Maintenance & Repairs: • Raise and track complaints for any broken equipment or clinic-related issues. • Maintain a list of technicians/vendors for repairs
