Handle phone calls, emails, and WhatsApp inquiries from authors, distributors, and readers. Provide information about publishing services, book proposals, and distribution. Assist authors with submission guidelines and coordinate follow-ups. Maintain records of client communications, and office schedules. Support editorial, sales, and marketing teams in daily operations. Manage reception desk, courier, and office administration tasks. EDUCATION   a.   Minimum Education              :-         Graduate in any discipline b.   Technical Education              :-         MS Office, Email, Excel, record keeping   EXPERIENCE   a.   Minimum Experience                        :-                     2 years   BEHAVIROUAL & TECHNICAL SKILLS   Strong communication skills (English preferred). Prior experience in publishing, customer service, or office administration is an advantage. Good organizational and multitasking ability. Pleasant personality and ability to deal with authors, academics, and clients.
