A Front Desk Representative is a professional who serves as the first point of contact for all customers of a business. Here are the key responsibilities and skills associated with this role: Responsibilities: 1. Greeting and Welcoming Guests: As a Front Desk Representative, you’ll greet visitors and make them feel welcome as they approach the front desk. 2. Outgoing Mail Preparation: Drafting correspondence and securing parcels for outgoing mail. 6. Office Supplies: Monitoring office supplies and placing orders when necessary. 7. Record Keeping: Keeping updated records and files. 8. Expense Monitoring: Tracking office expenses and costs. 9. Additional Duties: Taking up other assigned tasks, such as travel arrangements or scheduling.
