Gelos Dentistry, Zirakpur-Patiala Highway, near Airport Road Aerocity, Mohali - 140603 Permanent-Full Time (6 days working) 1–3 years in hospitality, healthcare, or customer service  Responsibilities: Gelos Dentistry is a super-speciality dental practice in Zirakpur–Aerocity (Mohali), built with the vision of offering comprehensive, world-class dental treatments in a warm, patient-friendly, and luxurious environment. Our goal is to create not only healthy smiles but also memorable patient experiences — and the role of the Front Office Executive is central to achieving this. The Front Office Executive / Receptionist will be the first point of contact for patients and visitors at Gelos Dentistry. We are looking for a polished, well-groomed, and professional candidate with excellent communication skills and a welcoming personality. This role requires someone who can actively handle patient queries, manage appointments, assist the clinical team with smooth coordination, and ensure that both patients and staff feel comfortable within the practice. Patient Reception & Hospitality: ● Greet and welcome patients with warmth, courtesy, and professionalism. ● Maintain a hospitable, comfortable, and clean front desk environment. Communication & Coordination: ● Handle inbound and outbound phone calls, messages, and emails efficiently. ● Provide accurate information regarding treatments, appointments, and services offered. ● Confirm and remind patients of their appointments on time. ● Communicate effectively between patients and clinical staff to ensure smooth flow of work. Appointment & Scheduling Management: ● Manage the daily appointment schedule using practice management software. ● Ensure minimum waiting time for patients through efficient coordination. Patient Care & Experience: ● Assist patients with check-in and check-out processes. ● Provide a calming, empathetic approach to anxious or first-time patients. ● Ensure patients feel valued and comfortable throughout their visit. Administrative Duties: ● Maintain patient records and ensure accuracy of data entry. ● Manage billing, invoices, and payment collection at the front desk. ● Coordinate with laboratories, vendors, and delivery partners when needed. Candidate requirements: ● Graduate or diploma holder in hospitality, healthcare management, or related fields. ● Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English, Hindi, Punjabi preferred). ● Strong interpersonal and convincing skills to build trust with patients. ● Polite, confident, and patient-friendly demeanor. ● Highly organized, punctual, and detail-oriented. ● Comfortable working with computers and basic office software. ● Prior experience in a dental/medical clinic, hospital, or hospitality sector will be an advantage.
