Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities: Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and guests with a positive, professional attitude. Manage the front desk operations, including handling incoming calls, emails, and inquiries. Maintain visitor records, issue visitor passes, and ensure proper check-in/check-out procedures. Provide accurate information and assistance to walk-in customers and callers. Schedule and coordinate appointments, meetings, and conference room bookings. Handle courier management—receiving, recording, and dispatching letters and packages. Maintain the front office area, ensuring cleanliness, order, and a presentable environment. Assist in administrative tasks such as filing, documentation, data entry, and preparing basic reports. Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth communication and support. Manage office inventory, stationary supplies, and ensure timely replenishment. Support HR or Admin teams in onboarding processes and employee assistance tasks. Handle complaints or queries professionally, ensuring customer satisfaction. Ensure all front-office protocols and company policies are followed.
