Job Description

Key Responsibilities Greet guests, visitors, and parents warmly and professionally. Handle check-ins, check-outs, and reservations efficiently. Manage telephone calls, emails, and walk-in inquiries. Provide accurate information about services, facilities, events, and policies. Maintain records of guest arrivals, departures, and payments. Coordinate with housekeeping, food & beverage, and other departments for seamless guest service. Address complaints and escalate issues promptly to management. Handle billing, cash, and POS/UPI transactions accurately. Maintain the reception/front desk area in a presentable and organized manner. Support registration and entry processes for events, workshops, or day packages. Skills & Qualifications Graduate in Hospitality, Administration, or related field (preferred). 1–3 years of experience in front office, reception, or customer service. Proficient in MS Office, reservation/PMS software (if applicable), and digital payments. Strong communication skills in English, Hindi, and Gujarati. Pleasant personality with customer-oriented approach. Ability to multitask, stay calm under pressure, and resolve conflicts. Work Schedule Full-time role with shifts, including weekends and holidays.
