Job Summary: We are looking for a courteous and attentive Waiter/Steward to provide excellent dining service to our guests. The role involves taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring a pleasant dining experience while maintaining cleanliness and hospitality standards. Key Responsibilities: Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner. Present menus, take food and beverage orders, and serve them promptly. Ensure tables are clean, well-set, and organized before and after service. Address customer inquiries and provide recommendations when required. Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate order delivery. Maintain high standards of hygiene and safety in the dining area. Handle guest complaints politely and escalate issues to the supervisor when needed. Process billing and handle payments accurately. Assist in stocking, cleaning, and other duties as assigned.
