Ensure proper storage and handling of coffee, syrups, and ingredients. Engage with customers warmly, provide recommendations, and maintain excellent service standards. Monitor stock levels for beverages and ingredients, and communicate replenishment needs. Uphold hygiene, safety, and quality standards at all times. Collaborate with the café team to deliver a smooth and enjoyable customer experience. Requirements Proven experience as a Barista in a café, restaurant, or hospitality setting. Hands-on experience in creating mocktails, smoothies, and cold brews. Strong knowledge of coffee preparation methods, brewing equipment, and presentation. Ability to manage and maintain the barista counter efficiently. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Attention to detail, creativity, and a passion for beverages. Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and peak hours. Preferred Qualifications Certification or formal training in coffee brewing or mixology. Knowledge of latte art and specialty coffee trends.
