We believe the guest experience begins the moment they arrive — and our Gate Representative plays a vital role in creating that first impression while also helping us grow and maintain strong relationships with our guests, both in person and online. Position Overview: The Gate Representative is the first point of contact for all our guests, ensuring a warm, professional, and personalised welcome. This role goes beyond the entrance — contributing to customer relationship management, social media engagement, corporate outreach, and ongoing marketing initiatives to attract new patrons and keep our existing guests returning. Key Responsibilities: • Guest Experience: Greet and welcome guests upon arrival with warmth and professionalism, handle VIP arrivals with discretion, and coordinate with the host/hostess for smooth seating. • Customer Data & Feedback:Maintain and update customer data profiles in Excel, track guest preferences and visit history, collect feedback gently, and share insights with management. • Marketing Support: Assist in designing elegant marketing flyers and campaigns to target returning guests and attract new ones. • Social Media & Branding:Post high-quality photos, videos, and reels on the restaurant’s official social media profiles; engage with followers through comments, messages, and interactive content. • Corporate Client Development:Build and maintain relationships with corporate customers for events, business lunches, and bulk bookings; proactively reach out to nearby offices, hotels, and business hubs. • Customer Acquisition:Participate in initiatives to attract new customers regularly — including networking, local community outreach, and targeted promotional activities. • Brand Representation:Act as an ambassador for the restaurant in all interactions, both offline and online, ensuring consistent brand voice and image. • Event Coordination Support:Assist in welcoming and organising guests during special events and corporate gatherings. Requirements: • Prior experience in luxury hospitality, fine dining, or guest relations preferred. • Strong networking skills and confidence in approaching corporate and high-profile clients. • Excellent communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus). • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for customer database management. • Basic design skills (Canva, Photoshop, or similar) for creating promotional flyers. • Familiarity with Instagram, Facebook, and other social media management. • Creative thinking for customer engagement and marketing strategies. • Professional appearance and adherence to fine dining etiquette. • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
