Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Greet and welcome guests and clients as they arrive at the office. Direct visitors to the appropriate person or department. Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls in a professional manner. Manage front desk operations including receiving couriers and handling outgoing mails. Maintain cleanliness and order at the front desk and reception area. Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and conference room bookings. Maintain employee and visitor attendance logs. Assist with administrative support tasks such as filing, scanning, and data entry. Handle office supplies inventory and coordinate with vendors for replenishment. Provide basic information to clients and visitors about the company and services. Requirements: Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative, or similar role. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Professional attitude and appearance. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Customer service attitude. Minimum qualification: HSC or Graduate in any discipline.
