Role & responsibilities

  • Welcome and assist visitors, ensuring a professional and hospitable front office experience.
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and general inquiries in English and Hindi.
  • Manage reception area and coordinate appointments, meetings, and schedules.
  • Provide administrative support including filing, documentation, record keeping, and office coordination.
  • Assist in basic accounting activities such as maintaining petty cash, invoice handling, expense records, and vendor coordination.
  • Support internal departments with day-to-day office operations and ensure smooth workflow.

Preferred candidate profile

  • 58 years of proven experience in front office, administration, or accounts support.
  • Smart, pleasant, and welcoming personality.
  • Strong communication skills in

    English and Hindi.

  • Good knowledge of MS Office and office management tools.
  • Basic understanding of accounts handling and financial documentation.
  • Well-organized, proactive, and detail-oriented.
