Job Responsibility:

✨ Manage front-desk responsibilities and ensure a professional, welcoming environment

✨ Handle calls, emails, and visitor coordination

✨ Support daily operational tasks and internal team requirements

✨ Assist in scheduling, documentation, and follow-ups

✨ Coordinate with departments to ensure seamless workflow

Who We’re Looking For

✔ Excellent communication & interpersonal skills

✔ Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

✔ Proficient in MS Office and basic admin tools

✔ A positive attitude with a “get things done” mindset

✔ Prior experience in admin/operations/reception (preferred but not mandatory)
