Receptionist (Female) - Ahmedabad

Receptionist (Female) Ahmedabad (Memnagar + Bopal) With Prior Hospital Experience.

We are looking to hire a Receptionist with excellent communication skills.

The candidate should be confident and professional with good communication and interpersonal skills. Candidates must be able to comfortably work under pressure while multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment and can effectively react to patient emergencies.

Receptionist Responsibilities:

• Fluency in English is Compulsory.
• Greet and attend all patients in person and over the phone.
• Professionally assist doctors, staff, visitors and patients.
• Maintain all records at the front desk.
• Answer all phone calls in a professional and courteous manner.
• Maintain confidentiality of all doctor, staff and patient information.
• Schedule appointments between doctors and patients.
• Adhere to policy and procedures during all activates.
• Assist with admissions/treatment as per agreed protocols.
• IPD +OPD billings.
• Complete accurate documentation of patient visits.

Requirements:

• 2 -3 years of experience in hospital / hospitality industry.
• Must be willing to do rotational duties (9 Hours Duty in the span of 8 am to 8 pm).
• Innovative thinker with strong conceptual and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and react effectively to emergency situations.
• Ability to use discretion while working with sensitive information.
• Good Communication skills.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
