Job Description

We are an upcoming Caf & Salon in Hamirpur, dedicated to providing an exceptional experience to our customers. We are looking for a friendly, professional, and organized Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our caf guests.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and welcome caf customers with a warm and professional attitude.
Manage reservations, walk-ins, and seating arrangements efficiently.
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback courteously.
Maintain the reception area clean, organized, and presentable.
Coordinate with caf staff for smooth operations and timely service.
Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and assist with administrative tasks.
Maintain records of daily transactions, reservations, and customer preferences.
Support promotions, events, and marketing activities at the caf .

Key Skills & Requirements:

Proven experience as a receptionist, front desk executive, or in customer service.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Polite, friendly, and professional demeanor.
Basic computer skills (MS Office, email, POS systems).
Ability to multitask and handle a fast-paced environment.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Knowledge of caf operations or interest in the F&B industry is a plus.

Other Preferences:

Candidates from Hamirpur or nearby areas preferred.
Flexible with working hours, including weekends and holidays.
Positive attitude and a team-player mindset.
