Job Description:
We are looking for a friendly and professional Receptionist to join our team in Jaipur. As the first point of contact for our organization, you will play a key role in creating a positive impression for visitors and clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Welcome and assist visitors and clients professionally.
Handle incoming calls and emails efficiently.
Maintain front desk operations and ensure a neat, organized reception area.
Coordinate with internal teams and support daily office operations as needed.
Manage schedules, appointments, and basic administrative tasks.
Requirements:
