About the Role

We are looking for a regular, hardworking, and reliable Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a basic understanding of Tally, computer operations, Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and especially MS Excel. This role will combine front desk responsibilities with back-office support, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Front Desk Duties
  • Greet and welcome clients, visitors, and vendors in a professional manner.
  • Manage incoming calls, emails, and inquiries and direct them to the concerned department.
  • Maintain visitor logs and handle general reception area upkeep.
  • Back Office & Administrative Support
  • Assist with basic data entry and record-keeping tasks.
  • Maintain and update records of products and shipments related to the transportation side of the business.
  • Handle filing and organization of bills, challans, and other business documents.
  • Support day-to-day office operations and provide assistance to management as required.
  • Financial & Documentation Support
  • Work with basic functions in Tally for billing and record maintenance.
  • Prepare and manage spreadsheets in Excel for tracking data, reports, and business operations.
  • Ensure accuracy and timely filing of accounts and office records.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Minimum qualification: Graduate
  • Basic knowledge of Tally ERP and accounting processes.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Apps (Docs, Sheets, Drive, Gmail).
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Good communication skills (verbal & written).
  • Ability to multitask and handle responsibilities independently.
