Receptionist cum Administrative Assistant

Location:

Receptionist cum Administrative Assistant



Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet clients, manage calls, and schedule appointments.
  • Handle office correspondence, scanning, filing, and supplies.
  • Draft professional client emails and assist in email marketing (Mailchimp or similar).
  • Maintain contact databases and support follow-ups.
  • Coordinate basic client communications and assist with newsletters or alerts.



Requirements:

  • 1–3 years’ experience in reception/admin roles (legal background preferred).
  • Strong English communication and MS Office skills.
  • Familiarity with email marketing tools is a plus.
  • Professional, well-organized, and detail-oriented.
