As a Receptionist cum Administrative Assistant, you will play a crucial role in representing the organization with courtesy and attention to detail. Your responsibilities will include: - Warmly greeting and welcoming visitors to ensure a positive first impression. - Professionally answering, screening, and directing incoming calls, along with taking accurate messages when necessary. - Maintaining a clean, organized, and presentable reception area at all times. - Efficiently managing incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries. - Announcing and assisting visitors, coordinating access, and upholding front-desk security protocols. In terms of administrative duties, you will be expected to: - Support day-to-day administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and preparing meeting or training spaces. - Order, track, and replenish office supplies to ensure uninterrupted availability. - Assist with document preparation, filing, and maintaining up-to-date records both physically and digitally. - Provide general support across departments, including data entry, report preparation, and basic correspondence handling. To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and skills: - Fluent in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Excel, and Outlook. - Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and manage time effectively. - Attention to detail, problem-solving aptitude, and the ability to maintain confidentiality. - Good knowledge of computers.
