The ideal candidate will be responsible for attending calls, assisting in OPD, and providing patient counselling and front-desk support. Key Responsibilities:📞 Call Attending: Handle incoming/outgoing calls, schedule appointments, and provide information to patients. 🏥 OPD Assistance: Assist the doctor during OPD hours by managing patient flow and ensuring smooth operations. 🗣️ Patient Counselling: Communicate with patients about treatment procedures, medication instructions, and follow-ups. 🧾 Reception Duties: Manage front-desk tasks such as patient registration, appointment scheduling, billing, and record maintenance. 😊 Maintain a calm, courteous, and patient-friendly environment.
