Job Description

1. *Welcoming Pet Owners:* Greet pet owners and their pets warmly as they arrive at the creche. 2. *Appointment Management:* Schedule and manage appointments for pet daycare, boarding, grooming, and other services. 3. *Inquiry Handling:* Respond to inquiries from pet owners via phone, email, and in-person, providing information about services, pricing, and availability. 4. *Check-in and Check-out Process:* Ensure a smooth check-in and check-out process for pets, including verifying vaccination records and gathering relevant information. 5. *Reception Area Management:* Maintain a clean and organized reception area, ensuring it is welcoming to both pets and their owners. 6. *Administrative Support:* Provide general administrative support to creche staff, such as filing paperwork, updating records, and managing inventory. 7. *Pet Behavior Monitoring:* Assist in monitoring pet behavior during their stay, alerting staff to any concerns or unusual behavior. 8. *Safety and Comfort:* Help maintain a safe and comfortable environment for all animals by following creche protocols and guidelines. 9. *Customer Service:* Deliver excellent customer service by addressing pet owners' needs and concerns promptly and courteously. 10. *Team Collaboration:* Work collaboratively with other staff members to ensure the smooth operation of the pet creche and the well-being of all animals under their care.
