Receptionist / Front Desk Executive

Responsibilities:

  • Manage front office & reception duties
  • Handle calls, correspondence & visitor management
  • Support HR & Accounts in admin tasks
  • Maintain stock registers (stationery, first aid, etc.)

  • Strong communication & interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in MS Office, internet & emails
  • Knowledge of EPABX (training can be provided)
