Receptionist

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Receptionist to join our team in Sector 50, Gurgaon. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to provide top-notch customer service.

• Serves visitors by greeting, welcoming, and directing them appropriately.
• Notifies company personnel of visitor arrival and maintains security and telecommunications systems.
• Informs visitors by answering or referring inquiries and directs them using employee and department directories.
• Maintains security by following procedures, monitoring logbook, and issuing visitor badges.
• Operates telecommunication systems by following manufacturers' instructions for house phone and console operation.
• Keeps the reception area safe and clean by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
• Supports continuity among work teams by documenting and communicating actions, irregularities, and continuing needs.
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

• Bachelor's degree in any field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in front office operations, preferably in real estate.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and other software applications.
• Present salary is required.
