Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Receptionist to join our team at Vijaya Diagnostic Centre Limited. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to provide top-notch customer service.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage front desk operations, including answering phone calls and responding to emails.
Greet visitors and patients warmly, ensuring they are comfortable and well-informed.
Handle patient inquiries and resolve issues professionally and courteously.
Coordinate appointments and schedule meetings with precision and attention to detail.
Maintain accurate records and files, both physical and digital.
Provide administrative support as needed, including preparing reports and presentations.

Job Requirements

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.
Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Word.
A high level of professionalism and discretion is required when handling sensitive information.
The candidate should be able to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with integrity.
