Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Receptionist to join our team at Vijaya Diagnostic Centre Limited. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work in a fast-paced environment, and provide top-notch customer service.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage front desk operations, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and handling walk-in visitors.
Provide exceptional customer service by greeting patients, addressing their concerns, and ensuring they have a positive experience.
Handle billing and scheduling appointments with precision and accuracy.
Maintain accurate records of patient information, medical history, and treatment plans.
Coordinate with healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care and services.
Develop and implement effective filing systems, both physical and digital, for easy access to information.

Job Requirements

Proven experience as a Receptionist or similar role in a clinical setting.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required to interact effectively with patients, staff, and management.
Strong organizational and time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook.
Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems and other healthcare software is an asset.
