Biggbang Coworking is looking for a Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our workspace. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a warm personality, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and assist visitors, members, and clients with a welcoming attitude
Handle check-ins and check-outs of guests and coworking members
Maintain a neat and organized reception area
Answer incoming calls, address inquiries, and redirect calls when necessary
Respond to emails and messages professionally and in a timely manner
Client & Member Assistance
Provide information about coworking space, facilities, and membership plans
Assist new members with onboarding and address any concerns promptly
Manage bookings for meeting rooms and other shared spaces
Maintain records of walk-in inquiries and follow up with potential clients
Assist in office administration and coordinate with different departments
Manage couriers, deliveries, and vendor interactions
Ensure smooth coordination between vendors, housekeeping, and maintenance staff
Help in organizing community events and networking sessions
Ensure all office and pantry supplies are well-stocked and maintained
