Location: Bhanoo Eye Hospital, Manimajra, Chandigarh

Working Hours: Full-time (Timings as per hospital schedule)

Weekly Off: As per hospital policy

Job Role Summary:

The Receptionist will be the first point of contact for all patients and visitors at Bhanoo Eye Hospital. This role requires a polite, presentable, and organized individual who can handle front-desk responsibilities, patient queries, appointment scheduling, and overall coordination between patients and hospital departments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet patients and visitors warmly with a smile
• Manage patient registration and appointment scheduling system
• Answer phone calls and handle basic inquiries politely and professionally
• Guide patients regarding consultation, OPD, and optical services
• Maintain and update patient records accurately
• Collect and manage consultation fees and issue receipts
• Coordinate with doctors, staff, and optical team for smooth operations
• Maintain cleanliness and discipline at the front desk area
• Support in managing promotional materials and pamphlet distribution
• Keep track of daily OPD entries and reporting

Requirements:

• Minimum qualification: 12th pass (Graduation preferred)
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Word, Google Sheets)
• Good communication skills in Hindi & basic English
• Polite, presentable, and confident personality
• Previous experience in hospital/clinic setup preferred (not mandatory)

Pay: ₹8,919.00 - ₹22,446.00 per month
